Different goals may call for different kinds of support. I offer psychotherapy, mental performance coaching, and somatic therapy, with the flexibility to integrate approaches when clinically appropriate. We’ll work together to determine which service best fits your goals, needs, and circumstances.
Services
Individual therapy
50-minute virtual or in-person psychotherapy sessions for adolescents and adults seeking support with mental health, relationships, identity, and patterns that may be getting in the way of how they want to live.
Therapy may focus on trauma, eating and body-image concerns, anxiety, OCD, depression, grief, relationships, life transitions, or the intersection of mental health and performance. Depending on your needs, our work may integrate EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, IFS, CBT, DBT, ACT, and other evidence-based approaches.
When clinically appropriate, I may also incorporate somatic and mental performance strategies into psychotherapy.
May be reimbursable through out-of-network benefits, depending on your individual insurance plan.
mental performance
coaching
Individual coaching for athletes, performers, professionals, and other high-achieving individuals looking to strengthen the mental skills that support both performance and well-being.
Sessions may focus on performance anxiety, confidence, focus, motivation, perfectionism, resilience, injury and return to performance, managing pressure, or developing a more sustainable relationship with achievement.
As a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) and former Division I athlete, I integrate evidence-based mental performance strategies with an understanding of the broader factors that can influence how you perform.
Standalone mental performance coaching is not reimbursable through health insurance. When incorporated into individual psychotherapy, mental performance coaching may be reimbursable through out-of-network benefits, depending on your individual insurance plan.
somatic therapy
50-minute virtual or in-person sessions that use a “bottom-up” approach, beginning with body awareness, sensations, and nervous system responses before exploring thoughts and emotions.
Somatic therapy may be helpful for trauma-related concerns, disordered eating and body image, grief, chronic pain or fatigue, sleep difficulties, stress, low mood, relational and attachment challenges, and perinatal or pre-verbal adverse experiences.
When clinically indicated, I also integrate somatic tools into individual psychotherapy and mental performance coaching for clients interested in exploring the relationship between nervous system regulation, well-being, and performance.
Standalone somatic therapy sessions are not reimbursable through out-of-network benefits. When incorporated into individual psychotherapy, somatic interventions may be reimbursable through out-of-network benefits, depending on your individual insurance plan.
For professionals looking to deepen their clinical work, develop their professional identity, and grow with greater confidence and intention, I offer:
Clinical Supervision
Individual supervision for mental health counselors seeking thoughtful, collaborative support as they develop their clinical practice.
Supervision may include case conceptualization, treatment planning, clinical decision-making, therapeutic relationship dynamics, ethics, boundaries, and the integration of evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches. I aim to create a space where clinicians can think critically about their work, strengthen their clinical judgment, and develop a therapeutic style that feels both effective and authentic.
Available to eligible clinicians based on licensure and supervision requirements.
Professional
consultation
Consultation for clinicians seeking focused support around complex cases, specialized clinical concerns, or the integration of particular approaches into their work.
Consultation may focus on trauma, eating disorders and body image, somatic and body-based work, performance-related concerns, or navigating the intersection of these areas. Sessions are tailored to your specific questions and can be scheduled individually or on an ongoing basis.
Professional consultation does not constitute clinical supervision and does not replace supervision required for licensure.
mentorship for early
professionals
Mentorship for students and early-career professionals navigating the transition from training into an evolving professional identity.
Mentorship can provide space to explore career direction, professional development, private practice, specialization, continuing education, and the practical decisions that come with building a career in mental health or performance work. Our work is collaborative and tailored to where you are in your development and where you hope to go next.
