About
I approach therapy and coaching with the understanding that who we are is shaped by more than our individual experiences. Our relationships, identities, communities, bodies, cultures, and environments all influence how we learn to navigate the world.
I bring curiosity, warmth, and collaboration to our work together. I want our work to be a space where you can be honest, ask difficult questions, challenge old assumptions, and explore parts of yourself that may not have always had room to be understood.
I don’t believe there is one “right” way to heal, grow, or perform. Whether we are working together in therapy or mental performance coaching, our work is tailored to you—your experiences, goals, identities, strengths, and what feels meaningful and sustainable in your life.
My practice is affirming, culturally responsive, and Health at Every Size® (HAES®)-informed. I welcome clients across identities, backgrounds, bodies, and lived experiences and strive to build relationships grounded in respect, authenticity, and trust.
